PRECLEAR FILES exposes some of the stupidities that the world has been doing, is doing and will be doing. The WTC 911 event is visually reflected in the US currency, by folding the Dollar bills in several ways. This indicates that time travel technology has been (and is) used and that the WTC 911 is an inside job. In ohter words, at the time the actual Dollar currency graphics got designed, it was already known that, say, half a century later the WTC 911 would happen. In order not to interfere in with the future (time space), yet trying to convey a warning, obviously a cryptic message would cause minimum time space interference. Of course people would dismiss this as science fiction.
